Application for Local Council License.
- In order to start the business operation, company need to apply business license from the respective local councils:
- City Council of Penang Island (Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang, MBPP) for Penang Island, and;
- Seberang Perai Municipal Council (Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai, MPSP) for Penang Mainland.
- The types of business license are depending on the types of business that you would like to operate.
